Allan Misner experienced major life changes, and at the age of 47, he decided he wanted to change himself for the better. He became healthier and introduced a new level of fitness into his life. During this journey, he realized that the tools he needed to succeed at 40+ fitness simply didn't exist. Instead of letting that slow him down or stop him, he decided to create the tools he needed. Today, he uses those tools that brought him success to help others achieve fitness goals they never thought possible.
